Deputy Manager
You will support the Home Manager in the day to day running of home, helping to lead a team of care professionals with a passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to our residents. You will be able to demonstrate experience in supervising and developing staff, alongside leadership abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Senior Care Assistants
You must be self-motivated, resilient and well-organised. You will be a team player but able to work on your own initiative. You will be dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the home. You must have previous supervisory experience within a care/nursing home setting and experience of working with the elderly. An NVQ level 3 in health & social care (or working towards) is essential along with a dedicated passion for providing exceptional care. Full time or part time positions on days or nights are available.

Care Assistants
Working as part of a team, you will assist other staff in the day to day running of the care home and maintain high standards of care and service towards our residents, relatives, visitors and other members of staff. You must be able to demonstrate compassion and empathy in your approach to caring for older people. You must be committed to providing a high standard of care and promoting dignity and respect at all times. Full time or part time positions on days or nights are available.

Activities Co-ordinator
You must be caring, energetic and organised in order to fulfil this role. You will be committed to making the lives of elderly people better, focused on making our home an interesting and stimulating place to live, and our residents’ lives fulfilling. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in organising activities for groups of people with a variety of needs and tastes. Part time, days position.

Housekeeper
You will have a caring nature and a positive attitude, showing a desire to lead, manage and deliver an excellent standard of domestic and laundry service to the residents in our care. You will ideally have previous housekeeper experience and be committed to ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene and appearance. Full or part time, days position.

Domestics
You will have a caring nature and a positive attitude, showing a desire to deliver the best possible standard of domestic service to the residents in our care. You will ideally have previous domestic experience and be committed to ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene and appearance. Part time, days position.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Activities Co-ordinator to work within 2 of our residential care homes within close proximity in the Southport area.

This busy, caring and rewarding role is pivotal to the quality of lives of our residents and you will organise social and recreational events, both in and outside of the home, and consult with our residents to identify their social and recreational interests.  You will also plan and implement a wide range of activities to interest and support the physical and mental wellbeing of our residents.

This post is part time, working 22 hours a week (may include some weekends/ evenings) to meet the activities requirements of 2 Homes.

Please note: This is a bank position to provide day or night shift cover in our 7 Nursing Homes across Southport, as and when required. The hours and days will vary and you will be emailed a list of available shifts on a weekly basis to pick up if you wish! Long (12 hour) and short shifts (6 hours – days only) are available. Duties will include following a daily schedule for cleaning within the home, hoovering, dusting, polishing, shampooing carpets, mopping floors and any other duties as required.

You will have a caring nature and a positive attitude, showing a desire to deliver the best possible standard of domestic service to the residents in our care.  You will ideally have previous domestic experience and be committed to ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene and appearance.
