CQC Rated Garden Lodge ‘Good’
An unannounced CQC inspection recently took place at Argyle Park Nursing Home and the home was given an overall ‘good’ rating.
They reported, “Staff displayed reassuring and effective communication when interacting with people. Care staff enjoyed working in the home and felt there was a good atmosphere and good teamwork. When we asked people if they were treated with kindness and compassion and whether their privacy was respected, responses were all positive. We saw a singer at the home celebrating a resident’s birthday and this was very much enjoyed. It was a lovely atmosphere”.
