Greenfield is a large, friendly care home that offers nursing, residential dementia and nursing dementia care. The home consists of 4 units and is home to 75 residents. The home has been inspected by CQC and has achieved a ‘Good’ rating.

About the Role

As aRegistered Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing high quality services for all our residents, alongside developing and guiding each of the senior nurses and care teams. We look for all our Registered Manager to instil a culture of care and continuous improvement across the service, actively working with staff, residents and their families, to help shape and develop a centre of excellence for person-centred care.

The successful candidate will ensure the promotion of high standards of care, following CQC guidelines, by ensuring all staff are managed appropriately and the Home runs in a smooth and efficient manner.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager within a 50 bed nursing home in the Orrell area of Wigan. The Home is has recently undergone major refurbishment and is set in extensive gardens. The Home provides EMI nursing and residential care to residents

As a Deputy Manager you will be responsible for promoting a culture based on respect and dignity for our residents, providing supervision and clear management.

You will also oversee the development and implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and support to residents. We are looking for people who will instil a culture of continuous improvement, through dialogue with residents and their families.

About You
