CQC Rated Garden Lodge ‘Good’
CQC recently inspected Westcliffe Manor Nursing Home and assessed the service as ‘good’ in each of the 5 categories inspected and awarded an overall rating of ‘good’.
They told us that “people said they felt safe living at the home and were supported in a safe way by staff. People told us staff were kind, caring and respectful in their approach. The organisation had management systems of ongoing audits, quality checks and feedback sought from people/relatives to ensure that standards were being maintained. This helped monitor performance and drive continuous improvement”.
